Festival glamping outreach: Ruby's send kit

455 festivals scored on distance from York, glamping gap, scale and crackability; the top 34 verified by hand; these are the 23 worth emails, tiered. Work top to bottom. Cards marked wait should go the week after that festival's 2026 edition wraps, when 2027 supplier decisions get made.

How to send one (60 seconds):
  1. Copy email personalises the full designed email (images, buttons) for that festival and puts it on your clipboard. Use Chrome.
  2. Open Gmail opens a compose window with the To and Subject already filled. Click into the body, Cmd-V, send. Or Download saves the email as a file if you prefer.
  3. If you know the organiser's first name, change "Hi there" before sending. Log every send in the outbound workbook.
